Open-mindedness is the true wisdom of knowledge and of the real truth.

Be honest with yourself, be objective, and rational this page and try not to be prejudices ( if you was one of those Anti-war protesters) try to understand the Vietnam Veterans.

The Gory photographs is part of the Vietnam War experience to show how brutal the war was for those who seen it with their very own eyes and for the ones who fought it on the ground.

"Coming Home" form Vietnam was a new experience and now we the Vietnam Veteran, was betrayed as the evil person. Picture your self as a Vietnam Veteran coming home to photographs of Hanoi Jane's seated at anti-aircraft gun in North Vietnam, and all of those Vietnam war protesters welcome you home with insults.

Gory photographs of human corpses, Vietman 1968

In Vietnam the body didn't last long if their was no pulse in the wrists, if the iris was dilate and their was no breathing, the skin becomes blue, them white, the body begin to stiffen that is rigor mortis setting in. The dead body would be covered or stained with blood and with in a few hours crawling with maggots. And 24 hours later it would be black, bloated and unrecognizable. You couldn't separate the smell of blood from one bloody carcass from other carcasses, the smell of death is terrible.

If you smell a terrible odor in Vietnam most likely that there will be a dead body. If you notice maggots and flies in the odor area, you know something organic has died and probably is a human corpse.

Note!

You might not understand the purpose of this page but it about mortality of the Vietnam War in country and at Home, their was a heavy loss of life on the battle feilds on both sides and the Vietnam veterans "was there, they saw" the Gory Human Corpses "they learn to live with it" but its became more bothersome over the years with some Vietnam marines and soldiers. Like many other marines and soldiers from other war, they tried to repress their memories of the horrors that they saw there and "never talked about it". But the Vietnam marines and soldiers had double trouble, they were asked to fight in a war which their own Generation would not let them win and when they came home, their own countrymen gone mad with drugs and sex and encouraged others baby boomers not to fight and the American people, for the first time, turned against the returning marines and soldiers and made then into villains.

Number of Vietnam veterans believe the US had noble aims in Vietnam -- freedom and democracy., We believed in the causes of South Vietnam -- the struggle for freedom and democracy against the "communists" North Vietnamese. The majority of Vietnam veterans was gung-ho just like the W.W.II Generation.

The Vietnam veterans who had no support groups at home or from the Goverment were so changed that families and friends had trouble relating to them. For those veterans without physical injuries there was nowhere to go for help. So "Coming Home" form Vietnam was a traumatic experience for the veterans and many of the verterans became the walking dead or zombies. We found out that the people that we had sworn to protect and defend were looking at us as though we was not good enough to enjoy what all Americans are supposed to enjoy. That was the kind of experience that many Vietnam veterans had "Coming Home form Vietnam".

So the Vietnam veterans could not and would not trust anyone but another veteran. By 1971,Skid Row bums and tramps,"men in their fifty", gave way to younger alcoholics and heroin addicts . Vietnam War veterans showed up in shelters, adding their own mental and emotional problems to an increasingly complex population of homeless men. Society didn't sympathized with the plight of the Vietnam veterans, because they didn't want to remember the war,so they refuse to help the veterans and referred to them as Skid Row vagrant.

Their suicide rate was very high and the overall mortality reflected elevations in cancers and digestive diseases. All diseases of the digestive system,All external causes,Cirrhosis of the liver,Central nervous systems, All external causes,Motor vehicle accidents. Since the 1970, there has been persistent concern that U.S. Vietnam War veterans have had adverse health consequences, including higher-than-normal mortality so not all casualties took place on the battlefield, after 52 years the casualties are still coming in. Thanks to Agent Orange, Anti-war protesters and Water-borne diseases. With an estimated 390 Vietnam Veterans passing each day there will be few, if any alive by 2029

Thank you once again for your civilized manner and open mindedness about this page.... The views are those of My and what happened in the war when I "was there, and what I saw" in Vietnam and at home.

Remember this slogan "Don't trust anyone over 30"

Listen carefully to the Gen X'ers and the Millenials Generation,
.... "they don't trust anyone over 40".
Baby Boomers have only themselves to blame

God bless all of you and thank you! Cam Le Bridge Peace
